FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION
We understand that plans change. That’s why, when you book with us, you have the flexibility to change your travels and reschedule your tour for when it suits you.

Payment of the Deposit will confirm your booking. Once this is processed, the remaining outstanding balance must be paid no later than 30-days prior to the specified tour departure date of your booking. Failure to pay in time will be treated as a cancellation and subject to our standard cancellation terms.

CHANGING YOUR BOOKING
Need to reschedule? Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to move your booking to a different date free of charge, subject to availability. Change requests made less than 28-days before departure will not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel any part of your booking after receiving confirmation, please notify us in writing. Your booking will only be considered cancelled once we have received and acknowledged your written request. The cancellation date will be the date we receive this request.

If you cancel your booking then the following charges will be incurred, shown as a percentage (%) of the overall price:

* cancelled less than 28-days prior to departure: 100%
