Excellent experience with Kevin

The tour I took was the two-day Cotswold, Bath and Stonehenge trip.

The two days I spent on this tour were outstanding. I can’t speak highly enough about our guide/driver Kevin. He is professional, knowledgeable and super funny.

He gave us so much great information about the history of the area and what we were going to see. His driving skills are first rate and we always felt safe with him at the wheel.

We visited seven villages in The Cotswolds: Chipping Campden, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the water, Bibury, Cirencester, Castle Combe and Tetbury, where we spent the night in a lovely hotel.

We had a nice long visit to the beautiful and historic town of Bath followed by our last stop which was Stonehenge. I’ve been on many tours around the world and this one ranks up there at the top of the list.

Hi Stephen, I’m so glad you had a great two days exploring the Cotswolds, Bath and Stonehenge with Kevin. It’s lovely to hear you felt in safe hands and enjoyed his history and humour along the way. I will make sure to pass on your kind comments. Best, Maya

Outstanding Tour!

This was one of the best organized group tours I have taken. Richard provided thoughtful, down-to-the-minute history lessons, advice for meals, and a broad explanation of the geography of the region. I was super impressed by the wonderful sites included on this tour, and I could not help myself from smiling all day. I highly recommend this package.

WOW! What a fabulous review! Thank you. Richard will be so pleased to hear how much you enjoyed spending the day with him exploring this fabulous area. All our local driver guides are incredibly knowledgeable and all carry out their own research to add little gems of extra information, as well as the prerecorded information from Maddy. Being part of a small group, in a smaller vehicle, does mean we can take our guests to lovely places that the bigger tours do not go. We hope you are able to join us again one day for further exploration.
All our Good Wishes

2 Day Stratford, Bath & Stonehenge Tour

We had an absolutely incredible experience on our 2-day tour from London to Stratford-Upon-Avon, the Cotswolds, Bath, and Stonehenge with Kevin as our guide. From start to finish, Kevin was nothing short of amazing—extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and entertaining throughout the journey. He kept us captivated with fascinating facts and stories at every stop, and his friendly, personable nature made the trip all the more enjoyable. Not only was he a safe and skilled driver, but he also offered countless helpful tips that enhanced our overall experience. The hotel we stayed at was fantastic—comfortable, welcoming, and in a perfect location. This tour exceeded all expectations, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to explore these iconic sites. We will definitely be reaching out to Go-Tours again for our next adventure. Truly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and Kevin is simply an all-around great person and guide.

Dear Marie,
Kevin is one of the best — really glad he made the two days so memorable. This tour is quite the adventure and it sounds like he did it justice. See you on the next one.
Best, James

Great Tour of Historic Sites

We concluded our Self-guided British tour with the Gotours' Stratford, Bath and Stonehenge tour. Our coach was large enough to carry everything needed our guide, Kevin, was knowledgeable, personable and kept us on time. The headline stops are not to be missed. Stratford is Shakespeare. We toured the Bard's birthplace and learned about his family and youth. The highlight of Bath is the excavated Roman baths, with other sites including its Abbey and Jane Austen Centre and others. Stonehenge awes visitors with its age, size and mystery. This tour goes beyond the headlines with drives through the Cotswalds' winding roads and samples of its picturesque villages, Chipping Camden and Castle Combe. Our overnight was in Cirencester, a charming village in which to walk, dine and relax. I was particularly surprised by the indices of affluence in country villages, an observation confirmed by Kevin. We could have used more time in Stratford and Bath, but when looking for future tours of Britain, Go Tours will be at the top of our list.

Dear Jim,
Really glad Kevin and the tour made for such a great finale to your trip. We've actually updated the itinerary for more time i in certain stops, so your feedback was well heard.
Cheers, James
